182 standard headunit

I have been told the head unit on the later 182's is slightly different and has different wiring to earlier ones, does anyone know when this change would have taken place as i need a later one and have been offered one from a 54 plate and i'm not sure if this is the correct one.
Any help would be superb!!

Some do some dont, the 182s have the cabbasse one which has a higher output. But there are 2 types, tuner list and update list. The tuner list type is compatable with the 172s and most older Renaults.

It will say on the front of the head unit if its tuner or update.

Unfortunatly i dont have a HU so i dont know whether i need a Update list or not, I was hoping someone could tell me based on the age of the car (05 plate)

Not sure about the overall wiring but my Update appears to have the same connections as earlier ones for the changer if you need one.

Update list is needed for 2005 on cars. Tuner list will probably fit and work but the head up display and steering controls definitely will not.

ring renault and tell them your reg and they can tell you which of the 2 it will be fitted to your clio,then go and buy one off ebay for 10 quid
