I had the same problem on my old clio and had to fix it before my mot the next day. I had to take the pump apart and there's a rubber bung thing inside it that moves backwards and forwards to let the water through two pipes. One to the back washers and one to the front. The rubber bung thing swells up and blocks both holes so I sliced a bit off each end of the rubber and put it back together. You can then hear the bung moving back and forth when you shake it. Pop it back in the car and bob should be your uncle. I sliced a tad too much off though and when I used the front washers, the back one trickled at the same time. Im pretty sure I followed a guide off here to do this but it's pretty simple. You need to force the pump apart with a screwdriver.
Hopey helpy
