197 23k Service

So the dash is telling me I am due a service and the car has just clocked up 23k. What does a 23k service entail?

I'm not sure :/ hence the question really. What does a yearly service entail on a 197?

Yeah filters, oil basically. Its in the manual. 36k is a biggie, needs plugs iirc

I'd also get the front brakes stripped down and rebuilt. The pads seize in the calipers, very common. I have mine done every 12 months.
