197 cup, What are people paying?

Just helping a mate, he wants a new cup with recaros, aircon, speedlines plus other options etc.

What would he be paying if he shops around? Renaultsport forum etc

New Cup, don't pay more than £12,995 for basic build then get a deal on the options. I know Renault Bham will do them for that

as Russ said really your looking £13k plus options. I got mine for £15k in white, recaros, aircon, cup spoiler and that was with a really cheap finance rate. Would have been cheaper if it was a 'cash' deal

if your going finance route, the get a loan elsewhere and get your payment protection separately. this way you'll be able to go and get your lowest price through paying by cash. Bev at renault birmingham will sort you out, DO NOT even think about renault wolverhampton loads of s**t down there!!!

They'll probably be able to find one somewhere in the country with that spec.

Can only agree that Bev is brilliant.

Getting the finance elsewhere may or may not be worth while. For me total repayment etc was better than I could get with a loan but thats because I put down a decent deposit and they got me a good loan rate.

If I ever buy Renault again, I'll speak to Bev. Everyone else there is bloody useless, never had a good experience at Renault Birmingham. Sales/service/parts have all been useless in my experience!

Renault Birmingham are sadly useless. Thanks god they were useless at sales as well, put me right off using them!

They're not taking any more orders for 197's. Factory getting re-tooled now...which sucks because I can't get a 197 to my spec :dapprove:
