197 diffuser on 172 rear bumper PS pics

I think it'd look better if the rear bumper was a couple of inches deeper and the diffuser was anthracite.

Consider the work that has gone into getting the airflow exactly right on the 197...I'm guessing it would be as good as impossible to actually make this work on a 182 by just bolting it on.

Looking at the underfloor of the 182, its pretty flat looking at it, and if you have a cup splitter, it looks as though the air is pushed lower down anyway. Very much doubt the 197 diffuser will do anything other than look s**t.

When I looked under the 197 at the motorshow, its not exactly like the Ferrari 360 / 430 underfloor. The Ferraris have plastic undertrays to keep the airflow from getting disturbed, but the 197 just had the components running as flat as possible to the underfloor.
