197 Revised GearBox

So whats the story with these ? im asuming its to change the 4.5K 6th gear 70mph or is it to sort out something else ??? What cars did they start to install them on to ??

im asuming it just means lower Revs at the 70mph mark in 6th or does it change ne thing else ??
