lol i've tried, when I pull, the whole of the blue trim which attaches to the silver badges seems to come away with it ? Sureyl these bits shouldn't come off too ?

Slide the door strip off first mate, should make it far easier, on mine (mk2 ph1) there are to little clips on the back of the badge which you press in so that the badge can slide out.

Success, they are off

Cheers lads, I slid the whole thing back, got a screwdriver under the badge (with some protective stuff obviously lol) and just popped the bad boys off..... now the clean lol

Mine are plastic with metal coloured paint, i'm not sure which ones are metal and which aren't ?
