2 months of dirt

took ages to clean this dirt off today,double bucket method took x 3 fill ups, having a brew now then i'm off to polish the car in the garage

You have one bucket with your shampoo in it and the other has just water in it (hot or cold). Put your wash mitt in the soapy bucket and then put it in the water bucket after it's been on the car to get rid of grit, then back in the soapy one again.

The whole idea is to not scratch your paintwork with grit that was on your car.

In the bottom of the buckets should really be grit guards to stop the grit getting onto your mitt.

Something this dirty should have a pre-wash to loosen the dirt.
