200 Diffuser fittings.

Car  Clio rs 200 cup
Hi, just one more thing to add to the list of repairs is my rear diffuser. It's currently held on by one bolt! Only noticed this morning and can't believe I was sold it in this state!

The question is which/what screws I need for the rear (currently none fitted) and hopefully after I get it on the ramps this aft, what bolts do I need for the front?

Cheers :fearful::fearscream:

Locate the 2 screws at the back of the alloys either side and 2 bolts at the rear (rear being more towards the middle of the car)
Remove the 2 torx screws which I think are T25s followed by the 2 nuts further under (13mm I think).

If the two 13mm nuts are not under the car there is a good chance the bolts have snapped off the brackets and then you will need to sort it.
I just recently got mine fixed as the two 13mm nuts where seized on and I got the garage to snap them off and wield on new threaded bolts to the brackets with new nuts.

Cheers pal,
I had it up on ramps yesterday and you guessed it one of the bolts was sheared off completely. I've managed to repair this and just need to source some t20 screws for the back.

From looking at your bracket the bolt has snapped.
Like I said there should be a bolt on that or a long threaded bit where the nut screws on to.

I got my garage to take mine off and wield a new bolt into this section and use a nylon locking nut.

Yep. Common issue with the far bolts shearing off.
Just replace them with stainless washers screws. I did mine a few years ago as a precaution.
