Why would someone want to make a 197 look like a 200?

I know the 197 wasn't exactly a looker, but the 200 looks like it's got mental disabilities!

Roof scoop I like, there mus be a way to fit one with putting holes in the roof which wont lead to it tearing itself off at high-speed. A small vent in the back of it maybe?
