2000 3dr Window dropping

  Audi B7 RS4
Hi all. I have a problem with the passenger door regulator on my clio 1.4s 3 dr (2000).
I have removed the door panel and found parts of broken clip in the bottom of the door. The cables dont look damaged. I have seen a repair kit on ebay which includes new cables and replacement plastic clip. My question is 'can i just buy a replacement plastic clip and fit it? Or do i need to buy the kit with the cables?
Also any help/tips you can give me for replacing said parts would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Paul

FYI, I bought a whole new Regulator a couple of years back from GSF or eurocarparts for approx £50. you'd be better off doing that than buying a £35 kit tbh?!

Ok, i will look into prices of new regulators?
Out of curiosity, how hard are they to replace?

Bit fiddly but I did mine at work in the car park as it was half down lol, took about 20mins, most annoying thing is the door card as its stuck with blutak type crap as well as screws and then fiddly bit of maneuvering the regulator in.

Yeah that sealer is proper sticky and goes everywhere!! I have left the door car off for the time being but screwed the inner door handle and speaker back in so the door is functional.
Looked at new regulators from euro and they were £100.
I ended up buying a used one for £40 delivered. I may then keep the old one for a spare or sell it on eBay!!

Good find, I realised they'd gone up when I checked after posting. FAIL

Glad you got one ordered, will be much less fiddly than trying to repair the old one
