again a piece of cake, well should be. 1st remove the seats, then you have to push the backs down, you will see a black plastic thing in the boot, this covers a bit cross braise. Think there is a bolt either end. you need to undo both of these, they were bloody tight on mine because they are exposed to the elements underneath, then take the bar out and you will see what the seat backs are held in with. A locating bolt (the gold one iirc) and the one closest to the boot you need to take out then then they just slide out, very simple and the back door cards are quite easy too. Take out the seat belt bolt in the door card and pull them off.
If I was you I'd loosen those bolts off when you have some free time, and clean them up and put them back in, will give you an idea of what else you need to do when you come to do it and yourll all excited and in a rush
