2004 182 spark plugs advice

Would appreciate any advice on how to change the plugs and leads please.
I cant even see the plugs, and if anyone has got the patience to run me through the procedure I will be forever in your debt. :S

You need to take off the upper inlet to gain access to the spark plugs.
