2004 1.5DCi 100 Clio
Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and fairly new to Renaults aswell - I've owned my Clio since the middle of January.
The car's MOT is due within a month and the reverse lights haven't worked for a while, also the rear foglight flashes on the dash when braking or indicating right. Searching online I found out I should clean the earths in the boot, which I have done but I noticed that the earth on the drivers side doesnt tighten properly and the earth cable can move pretty freely as opposed to the passenger side which is locked tight.
The car now also has an erratic rear wiper blade (Taken the fuse out for now) added to its electrical woes.
Is it a case the bolt or the nut thread it goes into is knackered? If thats the case how do I go about trying to rectify it. Do I need to make a new earthing point?
Thanks in advance for any comments.
Steve
