Finally today after having to ask david at ruk to chase up customer services again had it confirmed they are paying to have it sorted out, appears i have got caught in a dispute between dealer who admit there was damage but deny causing it and ruk denying they caused any damage but ruk have agreed to pay. Have to say a massive thank you to david at ruk for getting it sorted out for me. Will get it in bodyshop in new year. Got a lot going on in the real world so this is my last post for a while. Will try get some photos up after its fixed.
