21 with 0 ncb help needed

hi i am 21 with 0 no claims been driveing since 17 i got no points and want fullyl comp insurance i tried bell they quoted me £1500 with my mum on it she got 2 yrs no claims.but when i tried to be second driver they only quoted me if i said yes to do you drive another car on a regular basis

what you think guys oh yea the car is a 172 mk2

Not a lot you can do...

Be a named driver but you wont get any NCB's of your own or go and buy Max Power and try one of the dodgy insurers from the back pages.

yea when i said yes to i drive another car they quoted me £1100

it really stresses me out direct line said 1500 as well but i didnt tell them its an import

To be honest matey your gonna find it a little though to get anything decent on a group 16 car. NCB is worth its weight in gold. Have you looked at the 1.6 16V for a year or so??

try elephant.co.uk, put yourself as the main driver and your mum as a named driver.

im 21 and have 1 yrs no claims and with tesco im 1200 in my own name. it doesnt really benifit going in parents names. you really have to build your no claims now cause you still have another four years before mr insurance man even thinks about being nice to you.

try directline they do named driver ncd, but u can onli use it with direct line..
