220 Trophy rear wiper blade how to change the blade

Hi there, im trying to change the rear wiper blade but im not sure how to remove the blade. Heres a pic, hope you can help. Many thanks.

I really don't remember it being difficult - I fitted new ones all round the day after I got mine.
