227mph Skoda Octavia

So Bugatti, koenigsegg, Pagini etc spend an absolute fortune on downforce and aerodynamics to keep the car on the ground at speeds over 200mph and all the while all they needed was an Octavia ?

Pretty common amongst big power cars. A small set to provide fuel low down, and a massive set to provide fuel higher up the revs.

Getting cars to idle nicely is often hard with big injectors, although the newer 1000cc injectors are pretty tame when it comes to idle.
