24k service where is cheap

where is cheap for the 24k service just been quoted 260for it from my local dealer !!i thought it was just same as 12k one

Thats really bad. 24k service is the same as the 12k service in the handbook called and a service. You have in 36k period to A services and then a B service. This is listed in the handbook. There should be no extra charge for air con as this is the 172s service interval and they all have it!!!

Yep, the 24,000 mile service is an A service as is the 12,000 mile one. The 36,000 mile service is a B one, where they do some extra jobs. I wouldnt have expected it to have cost any more than £190 at any Renault dealer. Also, make sure they change the pollen filter (passenger compartment), as this should be done every 12,000 miles.
