£4800 which i know is £200 more than what he bought it off mark for but he said he put new exhaust, wheels...etc on.

i havent paid him yet tho and it dont cum with a stereo

but to be fair theres no other ones for sale, i would have joshydees but he aint selling till february, and dutty aint selling at all.

im still looking though as i though about £4400 would be about right for clio_sports one.

With the parts he's removed, £4k tops.

First cars are always great but more often than not you rush into it because it's your first and end up paying over the odds. It's a lovely example but don't let him take you for a ride.

Oh, and LOL at "£200 more" than what he paid Mark for it = £4,600... but Mark only seemed to receive £4,350... hmm.

What's the mileage? I assume there's no A/C?

If it's about 30k then I'd say the car is probably just about worth 4.8k, car say 4k and then £800 for the mods, which just about adds up.

True enough.

The second one down looks spot on 2.6k (even before haggling) + 1k for kit = 3.6k, with plenty of change for alloys, HU, etc.

Totally agree, way over priced. You dont make any money on a modified car so its still only worth about 3k tops.

More like 1.5k. At least 700 for all the bits then for a decent job expect to pay 600-700 minimum

Haha, yer, he wants top value for his car, which is fair enough really, if he won't drop the price, buy another one mate, that or hold out and wait to see if he drops it.

he ob bought the car to make money simple as, hes a car salesman afterall.

car is on around the 50 odd k mark now and on a 53 plate so high mileage for its age really (i clocked up almost 20k a year in it). He has no one interested, hes apparently in debt and desperate for the money, so if he is so desperate he'd sell to the first person offering the cash.

Dont be roped in mate, there are better cars out there for the money, buy a low mileage dynamique for 2.7 - 3k, and spend 400 on coilovers, 350 on a 172 interior, 300 on a set of 172 alloys, 200 on skirts sprayed and fitted and 150 on colourcoding which equals about 1300 and you'll have a stunning car which u can take all the credit for.
