3 Point harness bolt points.

Hi, I just got some bucket seats and some 3 point harness for them. But where do I attatch them to the car. I have already removed the rear seats and and am going to attatch the rear belt part (that comes from the top of the seats) to the harness point on the base of the car that the old seat belt buckles used to be attatched to. But where do I attatch the 2 side ones? I notice there is a black runner for the old seat belt that has a bolt on it, but thats only on the door side of each side. So it leaves me with a problem for the belts that ends up near the handbrake. Wheere do I attach them? The original seat belt attatches to the frame of the seat.
So any help would be appreciated.

1 part goes to the bottom of the seatbelt on the a or b frame what ever it is lol, second part goes where the belt buckle bit is on the seat frame, the long bit i.e sholder strap bit goes to the back seats where the back seat buckle bit is, on the same bolt as them.

Right, thing is, I am taking out my seat frame. I think. Is there anything else I can attatch it to?
