3 problems after clock change

  monaco blue clio 172
I have just changed the clocks in my car for another set as a couple of the back lights had gone out, making driving in the night difficult.
Now i have 3 Problems,

1. Millage isnt correct as the seller stated they were 92k and not 82k so need to have milage correct somehow?
2. The on board computer doesnt work such as fuel left till empty fuel used etc. only the trip works?
3. The seat belt warning beep no longer works if you havent got your seat belt on?

Any idea if the clocks are broken or do they need programing to the car or something?

Thanks

They should be just plug and play tbh, mine certainly were. The mileage is not that hard a job for an auto electrician but i think its quite expensive. As for the oyher things i have no idea, as i say mine worked straight away

Milage correction can be done (search web)
The rest I'm sure is down to programming, early 172's didn't have seat belt warning.
