360 Camera test - new man toy.

Picked myself up a new toy to use as a general camera for trackdays, and general 'look at my latest gadget' toy.
Quite impressed so far, not stupidly expensive what is a fairly unique yet simple technology.

Yeah, it was this or top end GoPro - so thought this would be more 'different', plus I can carry on using the cheapo dash cams for other footage/data overlaying.

As you spotted, you can use gyro on a mobile device to look around, or you can just drag ur finger around, you can also use the buttons on drag on a desktop.

Quality wise its 4k, but that is spread over 180 degrees (up and down) so in reality looks slightly less than HD when you only view a small area in the 'eyeline' - which is effectively what you're doing, just panning round a very large, twin fisheye view, that loops round on itself.

Or you can just take using one lense for a very wide viewing angle.

It also has time lapse view built in which I might try on day with cool clouds or clear night.
