Can I get away with changing just the fanbelt or do I need to other crap (idler tensioner etc..) also?

No abnormal noises coming from the belt so thought I'd probably be okay changing the belt, Thoughts??

107+vat+fitting for the belt and pulley kit or 1,000's for engine rebuild.
