I dont have that problems with my gf. She likes the fact that i take care if my car etc, she knows the cost of parts, labour and upgrading. She would never tell me to get a cheaper car lol, Just as well because it would be a fud punch straight away

+1 I've been saving up for a 172 for a while now, When I got made redundant she was like I hope you get a job soon so you can still get your car etc

Its good that she's supportive however at my age its not like she should have any realy its not like we're planning to get married or a house or something.

works out at under £500 cos you dont need to do the aux belt twice (it's included in the cambelt change) so just add a 12k service to that
