36k service

Ok so my 1.2 is on 30,000 miles, not long had an oil filter and plugs change... am I right in thinking at 36k/5 years it will need the aux and cambelts changing as part of the next service?

Any idea how much is that likely to be?

Well there is that but do I need to get it done at 36k? Thats what I need to know, as in which case I'd best get saving, otherwise could it be left for a few k?

cambelt is 72k or 5 years, whichever is earliest. so if your car is 5 year old, with only 30k on it, it still needs done. not too sure on aux belt of the top of my head but would get that changed too

Just had a quick look in my manual, from what i read the aux belt is every 5 years 72k, same as the cambelt.

aux belt is about 10 minutes work and it's a cheap part. check it, see if the belt looks cracked/crazed. I'd just do it TBH

Cheers lads, spot on. I can get someone to do the Aux belt, what sorta figure am I looking at though to get the cambelt done? And what about the water pump aswell lol?

i was quoted £330 for cambelt from renault, went elsewhere and paid £220...

Also, what is done on a yearly service, mine will need to be done in april?

nice one mate thats more like it...what mileage is yours on? or what was it on when you had it done?

Annual service...oil change, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs
