3m headlight restoration problem!!!! Help

Right i followed all instructions and towards where it come to polishing with the 3m stuff the cloudyness hasent gone any idea?

have you worked enough passes with the sand paper?
if it looks all uniform matt plastic ( ie foggy ) then polish them up

I think i did enough mate but it didnt polish out at the end still looks hazy
