3x horns ph1

Car  Ph1
Sorry for the dumb question but just interested to know.

Are all ph1's fitted with 3 horn buttons, 2 x steering wheel, 1 x left hand stalk, or have i got a freak ? :o

Three indeed.

Go to bed man!

Oh and PM returned :)

I'm quite sure there is three because the average french man (the type that buys a french hatch) is angry, so needs more than one, the average impatient french man (the type that buys a french hot hatch) is really angry, so needs as many as is posisble.

Standard horn for non-sport models is on the stalk, probably cheaper to leave it there than make new stalks.

The stalk one is so the frenchies can beep while not indicating.
The right one on the wheel is so he can still press it while changing gear and the left one is so he has one hand free to give abuse out the window.

Its in your manual somewhere.

lol true, true

comes in handy when changing to an after market wheel ( means you don't have to worry about wiring up the horn in the wheel ) :D

I wonder how many Italian cars have, five?

I don't even know where the horn is on the Meg, on the steering wheel I guess.

It has somethin to do with uk laws, France only need to have them on the stalk but uk laws state you need them on the wheel, correct me if I'm wrong
