4 point harness?

Anyone got a recommendations for a set? Also conventional seat belt clip or a normal harness buckle? Cars used as an occasional driver and track days.

I've had these before, expensive but they were good, whatever you get i'd look for something with a seatbelt style buckle and 3" straps for ease/comfort.

TRS do a similar one

Harnesses are a right pain on the road, I'd definitely try to retain the inertia reel belt too for road use.

If you have completion seats fitted and they have a slot to facilitate a six point harnesss then I would go for that. In a head on you can 'submarine' out of a 4 point. I moved to a six point harness and feel much safer. If you are not mounting to a roll cage make sure the fittings are done in line with harness instructions and you use good spreader plates on the mounts.
If this is mainly a track car then Motamec do a reasonably price 6 point harness which is FIA approve so it's going to be up to the job.
