4 weeks and still no car!!!

ok 4 weeks ago my car was atken to a body shop to get reapired after an accident! each week i ring and get adiffrent excuse! last week it was rear bumper on back order now front wings!!! is therea problem at Renault or am i just being taken for a ride???

It can be a pain to get parts sometimes but there are 10 in stock within renault uk

push for copmensation if your not happy. Mine had my car for 3 months, same problem fobbed me off with excuses etc. i got a fair bit of comp off mine for the inconvenience

Mine they first told me would take 1 week ended up waiting 5 and I had to do all the chasing aswell and when they eventually got it out half of it had been bodged.
If they are going to take so long make sure everything is perfect before you take it back they have no excuse for that.
