5GTT conversion update





Good! not long to go!

Dont like seeing people leave the righthand d/shaft in when they take out/fit engines! the tripod is just to delicate!

Cant wait to see it dude!

its ok to leave the drive shaft in if its already clear from the box and sitting on the subframe..... also its being replaced anyway as the existing shaft has worn and the car needs stronger shafts as its going to produce over double the power.

the problem with leaving the shaft in is when its left in the box and then its dragged up with the engine pulling the roller bearings pin clip off..... (so agreed on that)

but we have over 9 yrs experience with renaults etc so I am very carfull about these things.

It was just an observation
