5mm spacers on with orginal bolts

Since i put 195/50 on my dynamique wheels theyve been scrubbing at the back. I know you need 5mm spacers with 172 wheels (same width) so Ive bought some. However i need to know if its safe to put them on with the original bolts or will they not get enough thread?

I have 5mm spacers with original bolts, as have a few other people on here - I havent had any problems so far.

Cheers Levo. I did try to search about 3 or 4 times but it kept coming up with an error message like it has for a few weeks now (for me anyway!)

eh??? how low are you? i have -40mm 195/50 toyos and never ever rubbed???

p.s. 172 wheels are wider by about half an inch, to an inch

Standard height but you can see its clearly been rubbing, quite badly too. I do have big mates though and im convinced it was on the bumpstops before!

unlucky mate, ive never experienced any rubbing at all with mine
