Just noticed this is what i use in the valver - last owner said this has been put in since he bought it new - would it be advantageous to start putting thicker stuff in as the engine starts to mature - ive just done my 85th thousand mile! woot!

not if you engine has minimal wear which if treated to regular changes should be fine.
