60+ Male driving a Clio V6 (Chichester)

I nearly crashed earlier today when I saw I what must have been a 60 year old driving a Clio V6 just outside Sainsburys nr Chichester. Anyone got any idea who it is?

Silver, I think it had some go faster stickers on the side as well only small though. I was driving going the other direction so only got a quick look.

was he driving slow by any chance? had one round doncaster area once on a 60 straight and doing only 30mph, scared to try and overtake though as they would just fly off lol
