6x9's how to install?

  E36 Coupe & Mk4 Golf
i have got 2 kenwood 6x9's installed atm off a amp looking to remove sub and amp, how could i still keep my 6x9's without anything else

wire them direct to the headunit mate

or to make it even easier you could just wire it to your back door speakers..

  Never above 25mpg
Or use the rear speaker wire and just have the 6x9s instead of the two rear door card speakers.

sorry to sound like a thicko but how do i do this just disconnect wire off the rear speaker and connect it to the 6x9?

MT audio will kill you for saying that, but friends who have done it have had no problems and it sounds fine to me. Easy enough to use a splitter etc.

done it before and tbh i had no problem at all with it

sorry to sound like a thicko but how do i do this just disconnect wire off the rear speaker and connect it to the 6x9?

take your rear door cards off.. disconnect the speakers.. extend the wires and send them to the boot to your 6x9

Don't be daft if your getting rid of the sub you got to at least keep the amp, 6x9's work well without a sub after all they are three way speakers unless you have el cheapo ones, if your wiring them to the headunit you may aswell just stick with standard ones as you won't be able to utilise any more power out of the 6x9'sthan out of the standard speakers.
