75W80 versus MP80 - whats the difference?

Need to change the gearbox oil in my 1.2 and euro car parts comes up as MP80 gear oil but i always used 75w80 before and thats whats listed elsewhere, whats the difference?

Dont know if it helps but I bought gearbox oil the usual Elf NFJ 75W-80 for a 182 and found it was cheapest from Amazon by quite bit.
Sorry dont know what oil for a 1.2 though.
