8cm CD-Rs

Heres a quick question, will the slot mechanism on my Head Unit accept those 8cm CD-Rs?

or will they just get lost inside never to be seen again?

no, only works wiht normal cds

the lil CDs dont even play in my pc cd drive, even tho it has the slot for them

I think some of them do actually. Check the manual as i think my alpine does.

Not sure if you can still get them or not but there used to be an adapter that you put the 8cm disc in to make it full size cd .

This is when these discs were used in the early nineties as special cd single releases.

Sorry but i dont know where to buy them, even if you still can!
