Really confuses me, why do people need to phone companies so often, my bank i've not been in a branch for years, or ever needed to phone them.

Same with 02, only ever phoned come upgrade time.

When I worked at Orange in the bad old days, sometimes used to take up to an hour on hold waiting to get through to someone to put an upgrade through... lol

If think it was once 2 - 2.5 hours to 3 once... needless to say I couldn't wait to cancel it!! Also, Dell and BT can take WEEKS!! o2 are also pretty terrible lol

Rang Virgin before, and they cut me off after 20 minutes of waiting, so I had to ring back and wait around for even longer.

Now I won't wait, I e-mail them instead, saves me the time and effort.
