si............are you jealous.......coz this little metro would leave you for dust ???.........i started in metros......ok...not a fantastic car.......but ive seen a rover 220 turbo lump in a little K series metro....& that thing flew !!...........why cant people look at things & respect the work thats gone into them.......ok..its a metro......NO.... im never buying another...& i certianly wouldnt spend £25K on it !....but then i wouldnt waste £25K on my clio !!.............if i had money to burn....id buy that metro......just to waste everyone who takes the p**s outta it !!....lol........then id be the one laffing !! respect to the guy.....hes spend his hard earned cash & his own spare time on somthing he belived in & wanted to do....& the difference is....he done it because he wanted to do it...he wanted to be different !

agree.....this thing is bloody ace........we patronise clio owners for putting wheels on it, but come a decent conversion and it gets sl*gged for being a crap base.

350bhp, optamistic but probably acheivable with larger bodies and a rare VHDP head worked to death. And scatter cams though? It doesnt have siamesed ports!

APart form that, and the work done, for all his tech, he has spelling issues lol!!!

Which is the ONLY thing that makes me think he didnt do it all himself, stuff such as all that ICE and emphasis on polished crap.

Good luck to him! Everyone has a passion and that was his! Personally Im not wasting another penny on my clio. I will keep it going but not upgrade it. For every upgrade I fancy I will put the cash in a jar and save it for something better as standard, like a 145 cloverleaf... heap of unreliable french poo my clio...
