A little detail for you....

My sister has been given her first car and the first job was the give it a little detail.

I used the following step's:

step 1) Wash the whole car down with megs nxt car wash

2) Clay the whole car using Meg Pro' clay and lub'

3) Menzerna intense polish + very very hard cutting pad

The car was in such crap condition i still had defects after this step!

4) Meguires #83 + hard cutting pad

5) Meguires NXT generation wax on a sonus blue polishing pad

6) x 1 layers of NXT generation paste wax

7) Meg trim care all around

8 ) Auto Glym glass polish

9) Auto glym wheel cleaner on the wheels + Tyre shine

10) Finally the engine. Auto glym sprayed every where, light brush all over the engine bay with soapy water. Rinse down via a hose and detail all of the little bits with sonus back to black

Its spent all of its life on mersea island so the salty sea water had taken the life out of the paint.

Was a very hard detail but im pleased with the result! Hope you like...

It's standard in a Ka Luxury / Millenium / SportKa SE, leather on door cards, steering wheel and seats, they do the same in black and black with blue inserts also.
They are very comfy seats aswell!

4th picture down - what was the cause of those defects and how did you get rid of them?

I have some very ever so slight white marks along my door which I'm not sure how to tackle. I don't think it's the primer I can see coming through as the marks arn't that deep. But then again it could be where the paint has thinned due to too much cutting polish. I Don't want to make them any worse.

Any thoughts?
