thats what i was thinking, there does seem to be a lot of movement on the strut tops, when ever the car has been moved the strut top covers seem to be in a completely different place, higher, lower, to the side :S
Mine does it so I presum so mate. Try pulling the wheel back and forth and wobbling it in and out. It should be rock solid. If it moves, jack it up and get under while someone rocks it to see where it's coming from. Sounds abit like a balljoint TBH....
had it tracked a while ago, im just worried that the t**t that fitted the new tyres has not balanced them right. going to get them checked tomorrow, then do 75 in it which is where the bumps occur.
ill get the boys to have a quick gander.
