I had a sub box in my old car, and not wanting to spend obscene money on ICE nor to double the weight of my car, I decided to re-use it in the Cup.
Took it to Kingston Car Sound in Hull. Its been fitted today. Fantastic. Pictures to follow.
The guy built an extension on the box to cover the wires, and the amp, and installed a fan to keep it cool. The whole box has been sprayed Mondial Blue, and it has been mounted on the thinnest MDF possible, and the boot floor re-carpeted. Then an undercar strobe that I had has been fitted to the parcel shelf, and is wired into the boot light, so that it comes on when the boot is open.
I knew it was going to be good, but its not good. Its awesome.
