ABP motorsport = CRAP

I dont usually complain but I would like to name and shame ABP motorsport in crewe.
First they send me up the wall about fitting black diamond rear discs to my 16v sending me the wrong discs 3 times, so when I cancel my discs and ask for refund they refuse.
They say they can only give store credit, so not making a fuss I order a scorpian exhaust. The next day I rang and told them could they cancel my exhaust and fit a superchip instead? "No problem sir you wont be charged"
Sorted I think book it in for 1.30, car doesnt go in til 3, and not finished till 5.30.The bill comes back price of chip+fitting and postage+packing of the exhaust back to scorpian (£17.40!?). The staff were rude and the
two blokes behind the counter were clueless when it came to clios.
Theres even a bloody book there with "so called" customer comments saying how sh*t Demon tweeks is???
Plus there was an old guy in there for an MOT, and as he went to his car to get some papers these dickheads behind the counter were sniggering about him childishly. He had an MOT failure for broken horn, yet the bloke said it was working the day before no problem?
I heard alot of bad reports about this place and definitely wont be dealing with them in the future. Ps the car starts up badly now with this new chip.

dont tell me about ABP there the numbskulls that did my torsion bar which probably contributed into me writin mine off

i know a few people whove had trouble wiv em think ged has and col had trouble getin money back off em wen he paid for some lowered springs and they couldnt get em

also wen they did my suspension it was in there for a few hours the guy then took it on 2 minute "test drive" wen i got in it 5 mins later the oil temp was still over 80 deg so hes obviously ragged fuk out of it and not even let it warm up

My brother took his VTS there a while ago to get lowered, and they truely fcuked it up. In the end he had to take it all the way to GMC in scotland and get them to sort it out.

i live 5 mins away from ABP [all bloody pri++s] they dont know there arse from there elbow. my dad was in trade and he says dont take car there they aint got a clue son and they charge the earth. they even screwed my mates rover studs up by cross threading them.

theres been quite a few complaints about various car places, it would be interesting if there was somewhere where they could all be perminatly listed so that any member could check out to make sure that the planned bodyshop that theyre going too isnt on the list! equally it would be helpful if there was a list of quality top recommended garages/bodyshops etc etc... just a thought.

Just go to trading standards. If they are screwing around they will investigate. Or if you really want to annoy them contact the BBC. They do all sorts of programs about this kind of thing and most of them are off the air at the moment. Sooooooo its new seriese in the making time, ie perfect opertunity to give them some material. If you can get those that do all the undercover cameras thing even better.

I had a lad in my electronics class a couple of weeks ago, he quit coz when he went in there and ws looking around they offered him a job. No experience necessary.... i had all my work on the VTR doen at ABP and can honestly say i was treated like royalty each time + was well happy with their work.

maybe i got lucky?!
