ABS Sensors

If I wanted to disable ABS on a Clio Mk1 - if I remove the front sensors will that simply disable the ABS? Or would there be other implications of doing that?

remove the fuse - implications are that the bias will be split between front and rear brakes and causes rear wheel lock ups - scary at high speeds.
