Abs & serv light and cruise control problems

Afternoon all. I've just refitted my standard omen steering wheel but now my bad and service light won't go out and the cruise control isn't working.

I've had a quick search but there seems to be several theories. Has anyone experienced this recently and are you able to assist?

Its the angle senser could be buggered or just need clip resetting
