How do you get the controls out of the centre, jaffa182 is doing the led convertion and need to how to get it out 172 ph1

First off remove stereo (make sure you know the code!)
2 torx screws under the front edge of the stereo recess secure the top of the controller so remove these.
Next remove the blanking panel that is under the controller, this is clipped in and unclips forwards, not down or it will break.
There's 2 more torx's under there iirc so remove those.
The controller should now be free but it's a pain to remove from the dash but will come eventually.

Unplug cables etc, job done.
