Acceleration

Rhys, they need to share the same axis values. Some places print torque and BHP values on diff X axis.

THey should cross at 5252rpm, but there is always a leeway simply because RR resolution isnt very high.

I was actually quoting myself from another thread last year - just to let you know! ;) Do a search on Torque ull find it under one of those!

where power is in horsepower, and torque is in ft-lbf. Also note - at 5250 rpm, hp is equal to torque numerically.
Interesting that. Just looked at the graph from the RR day at Nobles. Torque and BHP cross at 5400rpm.

lmfao at that quote edit he he

Wasnt having a go with that one, Craggy. Thought it was interesting, thats all. More interested in Cupsizes 4.6 litre Mustang....!

rhys im on about the bit iv highlighted in yellow, did you change it to "copied from someone else " he he

Your quote-editing made reading Cupsizes post nearly worthwhile Rhys! That was f**kin funny - Oh well, Im off out to play in my Space Shuttle, then maybe a quick spin in the old Ferrari Dino? Who knows, eh?

Im sorry dude, but I really doubt you used to own a Mustang...

Hahahaha.... Just read more of the original post - its classic!!! How many of us could honestly say "One reference I have here gives the friction horsepower of a "stock" 350 Chevy ..." well, I certainly dont have any such reference materials. Cupsize, I bow to your greater knowledge and obvious love of all things American Muscle Car... Which makes the Cup such a logical progression. ;)

If you used to own a Mustang, im pretty sure you wouldnt move down to a cup and call it the best thing since.....well.....i dunno lol

Ace, haha
