Acoustic Valves

Been thinking about tinkering with the Indutction system, ive eventually found out where the acoustic valve is, so im going to take that out and replace the air feed there with a better/larger one for better air flow.
But what size air ducting have you guys used, and where did you get it from also as where ive looked is really expensive?

The other thing is the 90 degree bend from the throttle body to the airbox, i know you can get one from Ktec but it seems really overpriced! Is there a specific size for the Clio or just a normal off the shelf 90 degree bend in terms of length and width?
Ive seen some but they dont have the oil return or whatever it is, has anyone used an oil breather/filter instead of running back into the throttle body and does it run okay with one?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I've got a V6 espace airbox setup. Removed the fuel rail guard and put a CAF to the front grill (The benefit of having a cup). I've been running it like that for a few months now but eventually got round to removing the acoustic valve last night. Now I dont know if its a bit of a placebo or not but it felt as if the car idled and drove much 'smoother' from cold.
