Actual Valver Weight

Right then, in the book the weight on my Valver is 980kg kerb weight, 1410kg gross weight.

Can anybody tell me how these weights are measured, as I recently put my car on a mates weighbridge and it came out at 990kg, but the interior was stripped everything apart from the front seats and dashboard. It had 1/2 a tank of petrol and I was sat in it.

So, have I gained 10kg by removing the seats, or have I lost 420kg by removing them?

Stnd weight is 980 so you have pretty much saved your own body weight minus10kgs by stripping it seeing as the stnd weight does not include a driver..not a bad result!

Yeah standard being 980

Yours is 990 but adding say 75 for you and 25 for the fuel???

That would be 890 which is pretty light....
