adjust vvt

is it possible to adjust the vvt on a phase 2 172, i know you can ajust a vtec on a honda, is something similare possible?

You can change rpm set points. That is all.
Stock cams are happy at default settings.

thats what I thought, you may want to turn off at higher rpm on mild cams

from what i recall it turns off at 7000rpm +

if you leave it on you do gain a bit of peak

it is kinda weird, remapper from a known company (guess who-tec ) does not know about it.

As far as I know, Henk can even activate it with different advance angles if required.

in satandart the vvt opens at 1600rpm and closes at 6500rpm
in your ecu program you can adjust it more higher closing points

that's impossible on a 1*2. Can be done on a 197/200 though

Renault Sport makes sure the settings are spot on, off course.
